went swimming with cheer.
haha!
we went swimming first then sauna , steam room & stuff like tt.
when cheer dipped into the big pool, she lett me see what's a dog style.
we both swim 7 laps.[laps as in to & fro, 1]
i told cheer tt from one end to the other end of the pool is 50m.
she dont believe, so i went to ask a instructor.
HAHA! & he said 50M.
cheer still dont believe.
on tracks look so much shorter!
haha, & i told her, tt's why swimming can train stamina.
